Grease the tart with butter and keep aside it
Take the crushed almond in mixer jar,add sugar in it and grind them with powder sugar and prepare a powder without removing oil(grind only difference between 10 seconds )
Take Unibic Choco Ripple cookies in mixer jar and also made powder of it and keep aside it
Take almond and powder sugar mixture in a deep bowl,add coffee and Unibic Ripple cookie powder in it and mix well
Whisk egg white in separate bowl,add vanilla essence in it
Now add dry powder mixture in it and mix gently
Finally add melted butter and mix
Now pour this mixture in already prepared greased mini tart and bake it in preheated oven at 170* for 12 to 15 minutes or till nicely done
When nicely done take out from mould,filled with icecream scoop and serve this Bic, Coffee and Almond Mini tart
